Based in Newcastle, with trains between London Kings Cross and Edinburgh Waverley

Customer Drivers and our on-board customer experience team will travel between London and Edinburgh. You’ll need to live in the North East, preferably within 60 minutes of Newcastle.

Our head office will be in Newcastle city centre.
